This is one of the best Fitness program I have come across. I really like it. You start by burning 300 Calories/workout and gradually move towards burning 1000 calories/workout. I have only done week one over and over again and still managed to lose 20 kgs! Do give it a try.
This is especially good if you are just beginning your fitness journey. 300 calories workout are only 30 mins long with rest period in each exercise set. This motivated me to stick with the program. I have bought many fitness programs but couldn’t cope with any one of them because of difficulty level in terms of time and effort required.

The program still works if you are not following any diet plan. Probably, not at the same level but you eventually get there by working 3 times/week.
